This tasting has the sole purpose of showcasing the project's essence and potential over time. Unlike other tastings, this is a variable tasting that aims to showcase a glimpse of our wines throughout the four quarters of the year. Every three months, a new selection of wines is chosen, promising to showcase not only our diverse grape varieties but also the differences in the terroir of our vineyards, which, despite being close to each other, have unique characteristics.

This tasting represents not only the essence and origin of the Infinitude project but also the heart of the Colares region. A tasting comprised of the most exclusive wines that best represent their region. Beginning with the region's flagship grape varieties, we showcase our Malvasia and Ramisco, indistinguishable varieties grown from sandy-soiled vineyards located very close to the sea and its tides, giving them unique characteristics. To conclude the tasting, we present our Legado, a timeless wine that defines what this project was, is, and will be.
